  I purchased a dirt bike over the winter and was having trouble finding Insurance for the bike as I wanted full coverage and not just liability. So a goggle search took to me Bartlett. Turns out one of the agents rides dirt bikes as well. He was a breath of fresh air. My bike brand is not well known to most people let alone insurance companies but after talking to the agent we had things figured out with in the same day. My car is also now with Bartlett as well. One thing I liked was how they get you to fill out the paper work. For people that want to do it the old fashion way, they still do it. But for those of us with current cell phones and email, they can do everything right from your cell phone. Way better than archaic fax machines.

  I emailed to receive a quote on my truck and motorcycle. It started off good, the agent was friendly and quick to get stuff completed. I was given a price and it was very good so I decided to take coverage on both vehicles. I receive my first statement saying my motorcycle insurance is almost double the price I was quoted. I emailed the agent and he said they decided to review it and simply charged me more. I never got a call or email saying this was going to happen. I find they probably offer good service on most occasions and the price is still competitive even if it did go up but I can't give them a good review based on the fact I call for accurate quotes not fake quotes. I purchased the motorcycle based on insurance price. Now I'm stuck paying double.
